Mom Hurt Back Again

Mom hurt her back two weeks ago. I took her to the Doctor last week. Dr. Morton said there were no new fractured disk and he is wanting to start chromosome shots into her back (spine). She does not want to talk about it (nor does Debra), but this may put her in a nursing home. We will just have to wait and see.

The check-up with the eye Doctor went well she goes back January 29th, 2013.

Kitten
On Thursday the 13th at about 9:30 PM someone let a pretty little gray and white kitten out at the house.  It would not come to anybody.  I put food out for it, because I was afraid that it would get killed crossing the road.  I knew it was coming onto the porch to eat.  On Saturday the 15th it rained all night long.  On Sunday morning I found the kitten on a rug on the front porch and when I open the door it came in the house, so now I guess I have an eight week old little boy that lives with me.  I just don't understand people that drop off animals in the woods/ on back roads.  Why don't they take them to the pound?  

Mom's Check-Up

Everything is O.K.  She goes back in four weeks and the Doctor will let us know about the next surgery then.

Mom
Mom goes back to the eye doctor Thursday for another Post Surgery check-up and to get new glasses.  We will also talk about the next surgery. I'll keep up updated.

Grace
My Granddaughter Grace has finally walked.  Grace was born with her hips out of place and had hip surgery when she was just months old.

Mom's Cataract Surgery

Mom had a Cataract removed Wednesday the 18th from the Left Eye. She is doing well and can see better out of the Left Eye. She goes back to the Doctor on August 23rd.

Mom's Back
Took Mom to the back Doctor yesterday.  He took her out of the brace and told her she would not need to come back unless she had problems. 

Mom's Eye Surgery

Mom had surgery on both eyes in the past two weeks to relief pressure behind the cornea. She is doing fine. The Doctor put two small holes in each cornea with a laser.
